When you need to get off the nozzle from the zerk fitting，please operating according to the following steps:
1. Untighten the hose or nozzle a little bit (this step unload the kept pressure in the hose or nozzle)
2. Slightly pull the nozzle toward up and down to remove the nozzle from the zerk fitting（do not unscrew the nozzle completely to avoid reassembly）
Because the problem is common in grease guns, we recommend buyers to buy the manual unload couple, which will be more convenient for user to use this. The problem is due to the pressure inside the grease gun, which allows the coupler to clamp the zerk fitting tightly. It can prevent leakage and ensure the smooth pumping of grease. Once the gun loses pressure, you can easily release it from the zerk fitting.
Important Information!
We have two suggestions for not pumping out grease.
1.Please press the air bleeder valve to release the air out.
2.Please unscrew the coupler half a turn.
Air-Release Valve Design
Release the air of the tube is a must thing to be done.The air-release valve allows air to escape after new grease has been added to the grease gun and pumped into the head.Just press the valve and lubricate with ease.
The thickened Spring
Inside the grease barrel,we equipped with a 2nd generation spring which is more powerful and thicker than normal spring.It will provides superstrong pressure onto the plunger all the time.The thick spring brings a rated working pressure of 4,500PSI, the maximum pressureup to 8,000PSI,and yet maintain stable and precise. A strong spring is always an important criterion of judging a grease gun well-built or not.
Strengthend O-ring
Strengthen O-Ring sealed high pressure piston design, prevent the grease from leaking from the tube, and the sealing performance is more powerful than ordinary grease gun.
