I applied this to the plastic step of my running board on my truck, that’s exposed to the weather everyday. So it was that grayish black, of weathered black plastic. When I applied this to the plastic, it was shiny and looked like new again. In 2 days it went back to the grayish black again, like I never applied the coating.
